How to create an account of Office 365:
To get access to Microsoft Office 365 you just need to register by creating an account here. For this just follow the steps below:
Step 1:
First of all visit www.office.com. You can go to any browser on any computer to get Office 365.
Step 2:
After this, you will get a page on the main Office 365 website. There will be two buttons Get Office and Sign in. Click the Get Office button.
Step3:
After clicking the Get Office button, you will have to choose your subscription to purchase. The list will appear to select your desired option for the home, for business, or education.
The options for home users are Office 365 for home and personal. Both home and personal have a monthly fee system. You will pay monthly instead of paying once for all.
Step 4:
Click the ‘’Buy Now’’ button under your selected option the selected option will be added to your cart. You can select the monthly subscription plan by clicking ‘’or buy for #$ per month’’. When you choose this option a pop-up will appear in front of you to make sure that you want to get this monthly subscription plan. Click the continue button to confirm. The process will proceed ahead.
Step5:
You will get your order summary and the total amount you have to pay for. Click the ‘’Checkout’’ button. This will take you to a sign-in page where you will need to sign in to your Microsoft account to proceed. Once you sign in to your Microsoft account by entering your Microsoft email address and password this will take you to the payment page.
If you don’t have a Microsoft account you can create a new one by clicking the ‘’create one’’ option. And follow the instructions there.
Step7:
Once you sign in to your Microsoft account you will have a page of payment methods options. You have to choose your method of how you want to pay. Select one and click the select button.
Step8:
Once you select your payment method and details then click the ‘’place order’’ button.
How to install Office 365:
Step1:
To install Office 365 go to www.office.com. For this, you will have to sign in to your Microsoft account first.
Step2:
Click the Install Office button on the next page to confirm the language and click the Install button. It will be the red button under the subscription you purchased before.
Step3:
After this, the Office 365 setup will be downloaded to your PC. Go to your downloads on your computer and double-click the office setup that you downloaded. It will show a message to ask to install the setup click Install this will take some minutes to complete once the installation is complete you will get a notification the installation is completed. You can now enjoy the subscription of your Office 365.
How to Login Office 365 account?
Using Office.com:
- Go to Office.com.
- There you will get a button of Office 365 Sign in in the middle of the page.
- Click the sign-in button you will need to enter your Microsoft account information like email and password. In short login to your Microsoft account here.
You can use the application of Microsoft Office 365 to have simple access.
On a mobile phone:
On your Android phone open the Microsoft Office app, which will include applications like OneNote, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. You can open any of these apps this will take you to a page to sign in to your Microsoft account.
Type your Microsoft account details and login to it.
Using Windows:
- Open any of the Office 365 apps like Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- On Word, you can go to files and a menu will appear.
